Biking along Portland’s Tom McCall Waterfront Park or exploring downtown Portland is always an adventure, but you can amp up the fun with an electric bike rental from Portland’s new Pedego shop on SW 2nd and Stark. The friendly, hospitable owners will help you say “hello, fun...”
You don’t have to have experience riding electric bicycles to enjoy an adventure with Pedego. The bicycles are created to be fun and easy. Plus, the owners will make sure that you feel comfortable before heading out. They are passionate about this business and don’t feel satisfied until their guests are delighted and thrilled.
There are a variety of models available to try, including the Comfort Cruiser, City Commuter, Trail Tracker, Ridge Rider and the Tandem Cruiser (date idea, anyone?). You can talk with the staff about what would be best for your comfort level and the experience you desire.
An average hourly rental ranges from about $25.00 - $30.00. Daily rentals are $100.00.
You can also purchase a Pedego electric bike at this location, or get your maintenance needs taken care of. Warning: after trying these, you are going to want one!

8 years agoDidn't know about this electric bike rental option, Merlin--thanks for posting and they do sound like a lot of fun! I tried an electric bike a little while back and it was pretty amazing--especially going up hills!
